Ingredients
Chicken boneless quarter of kg in cubes
White pepper/black pepper 1 tablespoon / to taste
Salt to taste
Cilantro hara dhanya chopped fistful( muthi bhar)
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Chilli saue 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon.
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Marinate chicken with above all ingredients.
Lemon juice of 1 big lemon
Orange juice 3-4 oranges
Method
Fry chicken till soft and dry but it must not be over dried.
Add juice n let it cook for sometime till gravy settles but if u want more gravy take half cup of water add 1 tablespoon of cornflour n mix in the gravy while its boiling.When it gets thick add lemon juice.
Note
It tastes fine n great with white pepper.
If u like green onions and roasted almonds can b added.
Same recipe can tried with various juices.
Pine apple,grapes,mosami etc.
Variety can be produced by adding peri peri or various hot sauces.
